Instructor

Carys Lloyd has been studying martial arts for over 15 years. She is a Black Belt (2nd dan) in Jujutsu* and traditional Japanese sword fighting.**

Her classes are fun and informal, and she customises each lesson depending on everyone’s needs on the night. She believes in empowering every woman to feel powerful and confident regardless of their body type or level of ability.
